Returns.....
Whilst every effort is made to describe the goods as accurately as possible we understand that sometimes 'it is not what you thought it was'. In these unusual circumstances a refund will be made on all returned ‘sealed’ goods that are within 2 months of their sell by dates. We will deduct a 20% re-stocking fee and the carriage from the total refund amount.
Goods that are returned to us and 'deemed to be faulty' will be replaced or refunded in full.
Cancellations.....
Orders cancelled before midday on the day of despatch will be refunded in full minus a 5% payment/refund processing charge.
